Sunday Social Strolls
Losing a spouse is a life-changing experience, and navigating the days that follow can feel overwhelming. Sunday Social Strolls offers a gentle and welcoming way to reconnect with others, explore new experiences, and find support in a caring community.
Each Sunday at 1:00 PM, we’ll gather for light, enjoyable activities such as visits to museums, libraries, farms, and more. These outings will be easy, relaxed, and filled with opportunities for meaningful connections. Whether you would like to share stories, simply enjoy the activity, or just be present, you will find a space where it is okay to be yourself.
Participants often discover that these strolls become more than an outing. They are a chance to make new friends, share laughter, and rediscover joy in simple moments.
You don’t have to navigate this chapter alone. Come as you are and take these steps together with others who understand.
