SENIOR MANAGER, STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS

The Senior Manager, Strategic Relationships is responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships that advance Schoke JFS’s mission through philanthropy, partnerships, and community engagement. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role emphasizes relationship management over transactions, ensuring that every donor, partner, and volunteer feels meaningfully connected to the work of Schoke JFS.

This is a senior-level position that will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, the Board of Directors, and other staff to drive fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic relationship-building.

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Schoke Jewish Family Service (SJFS) is seeking a dynamic and relational leader to serve as our first Community Partnerships Manager. This is not a traditional volunteer management or development role—this is a strategic, growth-oriented position designed to support the Chief Strategy Officer in driving organizational transformation by cultivating meaningful community partnerships, elevating volunteer engagement, and activating individuals along the volunteer → advocate → donor pipeline.

The Manager will play a key role in implementing our strategic plan, leading working groups, stewarding partnerships with schools, synagogues, and civic organizations, and creating high-impact volunteer experiences—especially within our food programs—that energize the community and expand our support base. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a rising nonprofit leader who wants to make a measurable difference and grow into a future role in fundraising, external relations, or program strategy.
