Parenting Education Program (PEP)
State required workshop for divorcing couples in the state of Connecticut with children under the age of 18. This program is designed to help parents cope with the stress of divorce and the pressure it can put on your children.

Meet new people or deepen existing friendships while engaging in meaningful conversation about a wide variety of topics that are important in our lives. Topics may range from how to live a fulfilling life, creating healthy relationships, and savoring our cherished memories, to embracing life-changing circumstances.

Brain Fitness Program
The Schoke JFS Brain Fitness program sends a one-on-one “brain trainer” to your home to help you exercise your mind. Schoke JFS provides an initial screening, a customized weekly program, and meetings scheduled at your convenience. And all for FREE!

Focus on Kids (FOK)
A statewide program for separated, divorced or divorcing parents who experience high conflict around parenting decisions. Program works with both parents, teaching them strategies that help them communicate in a non-hostile manner, so that they can make joint parenting decisions that are in the best interests of their children. Focus on Kids is not therapy, it is a highly structured parent counseling with a large emphasis on communication.

Bereavement Support Group
Gather to share feelings and exchange ideas in a non-judgmental environment that provides emotional, practical and spiritual support for grieving the loss of a loved one.
